KD Haus was established in Germany in 1981 and now in the UK, with the aim of providing a design and build service for the construction of private houses using a timber frame system.
KD Haus has successfully designed and built several hundred examples of their distinctive designs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The concept has now been brought to the UK, by KD Haus UK Ltd.
We provide two levels of service:
1. KD Haus UK can design and build the timber structural frame, wall infill panels, roof and windows ready for the owner to complete.
2. Alternatively KD Haus can provide a bespoke design, complete and ready to occupy. With an internal fit out to whatever standard the customer requires on a 'turnkey' basis.
